1. Introduction

By using Lead Monsta’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users and clients using services provided through Lead Monsta.

2. Billing Overview

Lead Monsta operates on a prepaid billing system through your account wallet. You must ensure your wallet has sufficient funds to continue using services such as SMS, email, phone calls, and automation tools.

Billing details and history can be accessed by navigating to: Sub-Account > Settings > Billing > Wallet and Transactions

3. Wallet-Based Billing

All charges are deducted from your wallet in real-time based on usage. You can top up your wallet manually or set up auto top-ups.

Wallet Usage Includes:

SMS & MMS usage

Email credits

Phone call minutes (inbound/outbound)

Workflow trigger actions

Automation executions

Phone number rentals

4. SMS Charges

Billed per segment sent/received.

$0.0119/segment (subject to change per your package pricing).

4.1 Email Charges

Charged per email sent.

$0.001/email.

5. Package Subscription Fees

Your subscription may include:

Platform Access Fee monthly/yearly based on subscription'

Not Included usage credits (e.g., $10 wallet credit/month)

Feature-based access (funnels, calendars, automation, etc.)

The exact inclusions and fees depend on the plan selected at sign-up or defined in your custom package.

6. Auto-Charge & Limits

Auto Top-Up: You can enable automatic wallet top-ups when your balance drops below a set amount.

Spending Limits: Set limits to avoid unexpected charges.

7. No Refund Policy

All wallet top-ups and usage charges are final. We do not provide refunds for unused credits or services once purchased or consumed.

8. Fair Usage

You agree to use services fairly and not abuse outbound messaging or calls. Accounts flagged for spam or misuse may be suspended or terminated.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms and billing practices at any time. We will notify active clients of major changes, but you should review this page regularly.
